Saved my peach brandy/peach pudding.but just know it will clean just as ez! Will be buying more of Temp-tations and giving as gifts. All the ribs were eaten and I handwashed the dish.no soaking required!!! Almost all of banana-pineapple pudding was eaten.so poured up leftover and the dish cleaned up in a snap.

Ribs were rubbed in cumin, chili powder, paprika salt and pepper. held 4 slabs of pork ribs comparable to baby backs tho bigger ( My Dad raises pigs and cows ).lucky me doesn't have to buy meat! I also put one lg. of the cooking time on puddings and then removed to brown. I usually use a water bath for these bread puddings but decided not to and lo and behold turned out good. and a peach french bread pudding with peach brandy in other 2 qt. and a banana and pineapple french bread pudding in one of the 2 qts. Smooth glaze, easy to clean, you can wash it with soap or hot water, and dishwasher safe.Was skeptical about the clean up but twas ez.last nite cooked ribs and kraut in 3 qt.
